Project Settings: General Tab

Each project has its own unique settings. The “General” tab allows you to manage the project’s basic information, financial metrics, dates, and location from a central place.

Accessing the General Settings Page

Go to Project Settings

While inside the relevant project, click the Project Settings (office-building-cog-outline) icon in the left menu.

Select the General Tab

Ensure the General (cogs) tab is selected in the top menu of the opened page.

To edit the information on the page, you can activate edit mode by clicking the blue “Update Project” button in the top right corner.

Form Field Descriptions

  • Name: The name of your project as it will appear on the platform.
  • Project Number: A unique number or code used to identify your project.
  • Phone & Fax: Contact numbers for the project.
  • Time Zone: The time zone of the project’s location.
  • Active Status: A checkbox indicating whether the project is active.
  • Total Value: The total contract or sales value of the project.
  • Total Debt: The total amount of credit or debt taken for the project.
  • Total Area: The total area of the project (m² or ft²).
  • Number of Units: The total number of independent units in the project.
  • Auto-Calculated Values: Metrics such as price per unit area and value per unit are automatically calculated by the system.
  • Start Date: The planned and actual start dates of the project.
  • Completion Date: The planned and projected completion dates of the project.
  • Warranty Dates: The start and end dates of the warranty period.
  • Stage: Indicates the current status of the project (e.g., Under Construction).
  • Type: Indicates the type of project (e.g., Residential, Commercial).
  • Bid Type: Indicates how the project was acquired (e.g., Competitive Bid).
  • Description: Detailed information or notes about the project.
  • Project Image: The main image representing the project.
  • Logo: A specific logo for the project.
  • Address: The full address of the project.
  • Coordinates: Latitude and longitude automatically obtained from the map service when the address is entered.
