This page allows you to manage all the details of your meetings and use AI-powered note-taking features.Accessing the Form
- Creation: Click the “Create Meeting Minute” button on the minutes list page.
- Editing: Click on an existing meeting from the calendar or table view.

You enter basic information such as the meeting number, name, location, video conference link, date, time zone, and start/end times.

You select the people from your project team who will attend the meeting.
Agenda and Notes

- Overview: A text area where you can write the general agenda or purpose of the meeting.
- Note: The main text editor for notes you take manually during or after the meeting.
- Attachments: You can upload documents related to the meeting (presentation, report, etc.).

): When the minutes are complete, you can send them as an email to selected people with this button.
- Export as PDF (
): You can get a PDF output of the minutes.
- Delete (
): You can permanently delete the minutes.
AI-Powered Minute Creation
This feature automates the process of creating minutes by transcribing and summarizing audio recordings.1
Start Meeting Recording
Click the record (
) icon in the top right corner of the page. Select the recording method from the window that opens:
- Google Meet / Zoom etc.: Paste the meeting link.
- Microphone: Use your device’s microphone.
- Local File: Upload an audio/video file.

Wait for Processing
After starting the recording or uploading the file, wait for the system to complete the process. When finished, a new notes section generated by AI will appear at the bottom of the form.

Edit Notes with the Assistant
Click the “Assistant / Agent” button in the top right corner of the AI-generated notes section. In the chat interface that opens, give commands to DinoBot like “Summarize this text,” “List the decisions made,” and save the changes with the “Apply” button.
