General Settings Panel

The general settings panel is a central area where you can manage the platform’s overall appearance, language, your sessions, and keyboard shortcuts.

Accessing the Settings Panel

Go to Your User Card

Hover over your user card at the bottom of the left menu.

Select Settings

Click the Settings (cog-outline) option from the menu that appears.

Settings Tabs

The panel consists of four main tabs:
  • Language: You can change the application’s interface language (Turkish/English). This setting is personal and only affects your interface.
  • Interface Theme: You can set the platform’s appearance to Light Mode or Dark Mode. This setting is also personal.
  • Content: Lists all devices, browsers, and last active times where your account is active.
  • Function: You can use the “Log Out” button next to the relevant row to remotely terminate a session on a device you don’t recognize or no longer use. For more details, see the Session Management section.
  • Content: A table where you can manage your project-based notification preferences.
  • Function: You can set whether you want to receive email or push notifications for specific events (e.g., New Task Assignment, Budget Update).
  • Important Note: These settings are personal and only affect the notifications you receive.
  • Content: Provides a list of keyboard shortcuts you can use within the platform.
  • Example Shortcuts:
    • Spotlight Search: CTRL + K (Windows) or ⌘ + K (macOS)
    • DinoBot AI: CTRL + J (Windows) or ⌘ + J (macOS)
    • Table Navigation: Quick navigation in tables using arrow keys, TAB, and Enter.
