Project Creation

Once your company is approved, you can create projects to track your work and costs.

Project Creation Steps

Go to the Project List

  1. Click the Company (view-dashboard-outline) icon in the left menu.
  2. Click the Projects (office-building-outline) tab in the top menu.

Open the New Project Form

Click the blue “Add New Project” button in the top right corner of the page.

Fill in Project Information

  • Name (Required): Enter the name of your project.
  • Currency (Required): Select the currency in which project costs will be managed.
  • Other Information (Optional): You can add information such as a project image, address, and phone number.

Create the Project

Click the “Create Project” button at the bottom of the form. After the project is created, you will be automatically redirected to the project’s Analytics page.

Important Notes

The number of active projects you can create may be limited depending on your company’s subscription plan. For detailed information, please review the Limits and Restrictions page.
The currency selected during project creation is used in all cost management modules of the project and cannot be changed later.
Only users with appropriate roles (e.g., Company Owner, Project Manager) can create new projects.
